Fitness Camp is a four to six week program of motivational instruction where we provide you with the guidance and encouragement needed to reach your fitness potential.

This unique training program is designed to inspire the trainee in preparing mind, body and soul in order to achieve their optimal level of health & fitness.

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 8am!
